  • information about the materials and methods used in the original examination;
  • where possible, the objects themselves on which the disputed conclusions were based.

For digital materials

Original files are preferable to screenshots alone. For publications, it is useful to preserve the URL, access date and the full context of the page. For video and audio, provide the original file or the most complete available copy.

Do not submit unnecessary material

The complete set of materials is submitted after the work and payment terms have been agreed. If the submitted materials prove insufficient during examination, the specialist will explain which additional information or original files are needed. If the materials contain restricted-access information, the method of submission is agreed in advance.

Restricted-access information

Submission of materials: if the materials contain restricted-access information, the method of submission is agreed with the specialist in advance.
